About The Position

Ovative Group is seeking an Analyst, Data & Software Engineering to join the Client Delivery team within the Enterprise Client organization. The team supports the EMRge product suite through first-line support, client onboarding, ongoing maintenance, and general-availability product and feature rollouts in partnership with Product and Measurement teams. The Analyst executes assigned data and software engineering work within a defined project scope, with guidance from senior engineers and a DE Manager. The role helps diagnose and resolve client-impacting issues, supports onboarding through established implementation patterns, and contributes to the operational health of client solutions built on EMRge. The Analyst works with senior engineers and, over time, Product Managers and business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical execution. The position emphasizes engineering fundamentals such as version control, testing, and documentation, as well as effective use of AI-assisted development tools. This is an early-career opportunity to gain hands-on experience with client systems, production support, and a collaborative engineering team. The position offers a hybrid arrangement: work from the Minneapolis, Chicago, or New York office on set days each week, with the option to work remotely on other days. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer on a full-time basis without current or future visa sponsorship. The annualized compensation range is $60,000–$66,000, inclusive of an annual bonus opportunity equal to 10% of base salary. Ovative describes its culture as collaborative, trust-based, transparent, inclusive, and focused on challenging work and results.
