About The Position

The Data Governance & Enablement Analyst is an entry-level role that provides foundational support for data governance operations (including privacy). This role assists with documentation, reporting, and coordination of governance activities, helping to ensure data integrity and compliance across the organization.

Requirements

1+ years experience in privacy, data governance, analytics, or related fields.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred) OR equivalent experience (required)
Ability to occasionally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Maintain and assist with tracking updates of data and analytics governance documentation, including standards, procedures, controls, job aides, and training.
Support execution of General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) related activities
Support data quality assessments, observation/issue logging, and remediation coordination.
Assist and/or owns development, enhancement, execution, and testing of governance related controls
Help prepare reports and dashboards for governance metrics and executive updates.
Assist in stakeholder communications, meeting logistics, and governance forums.
Contribute to metadata cataloging, data lineage mapping, and stewardship documentation.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to build understanding of governance principles.
Collaborate with seniors and leads to support governance initiatives and special projects.
Research industry trends and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
