About The Position

SitusAMC is looking for passionate individuals to join their team and transform client businesses and their own careers. They are seeking someone to match unique experience with amazing careers for potential and career growth within the Real Estate Industry. The position is responsible for assisting with the daily net asset value reporting process for institutional consulting engagements. This includes reviewing and analyzing final appraisals, executive summaries, and cash flows, as well as performing portfolio analytics. Analysts will collaborate closely with the team to complete these processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience
Entry level professional with 0-2 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or external equivalent.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word, Cash Flow programs

Nice To Haves

Prior commercial real estate valuation experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Complete daily Net Asset Value/Share price reporting for real estate funds
Review and analyze quarterly appraisals
Review and analyze budgets and final financial statements
Complete cash flow and portfolio analytics on client funds
Complete quarterly summary reporting
Work independently on projects and also collaborate ‘face to face’ as a team player
Other activities as may be assigned by your manager
