The Customer Programs and System Remediation Plan (SRP) team leads the development, analysis, and execution of regulatory strategies that support LUMA’s portfolio of customer‑facing initiatives and system remediation commitments. The group partners closely with internal experts, regulatory agencies, and external stakeholders to ensure that regulatory filings, compliance activities, and program documentation are accurate, timely, and aligned with statutory and operational objectives. The team’s scope includes Energy Efficiency, Demand Response, Electric Vehicles, Puerto Rico’s Cost Effectiveness Test, Advanced Metering Infrastructure, Wheeling Implementation, and the System Remediation Plan. This position supports the team by translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform regulatory strategy and compliance. It monitors regulatory changes, prepares reports and filings, and collaborates across teams and with external partners to meet evolving requirements.
