About The Position

This role is intentionally broad and high impact. You will work across process design, analysis, and execution on problems that matter. You will be expected to take ownership of workstreams, form a point of view, and back it up with data. You will regularly communicate insights and recommendations to senior leaders and work with partners across functions. Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in an investment banking, management consulting, or internal strategy & operations role
• High ownership mindset with a bias towards action
• Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with imperfect or incomplete data
• Ability to move between details and the big picture as needed
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leaders
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure from scratch

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate on planning, forecasting, and operational processes that support how the company runs
• Turn unclear or messy problems into structured analytical analyses and clear recommendations
• Build and maintain analytical models in Excel and other tools to support planning, forecasting, and executive decision making
• Work directly with large, imperfect datasets to surface insights that inform leadership decisions
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Business Development, the divisions, and other functional leaders
• Prepare concise, high-quality materials for executive and leadership reviews
