About The Position

Ansell is looking for a Chargeback & Pricing Analyst to join their team. This role will manage the adjudication process for distributors in the U.S. and Canada, overseeing pricing and contract systems, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining compliance. Key responsibilities include processing financial claims, maintaining departmental data, supporting settlements, and serving as the primary contact for contract system inquiries. The role ensures accurate handling of pricing deviations, fosters strong relationships internally and externally, and drives process improvements with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years in pricing, contract operations, sales & marketing, finance, or customer management.
  • Experience with data manipulation and databases is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Informatica and revenue management systems preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the adjudication process for distributors in the U.S. and Canada.
  • Oversee pricing and contract systems.
  • Resolve discrepancies and maintain compliance.
  • Process financial claims.
  • Maintain departmental data.
  • Support settlements.
  • Serve as the primary contact for contract system inquiries.
  • Ensure accurate handling of pricing deviations.
  • Foster strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Drive process improvements with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Reconcile distributor chargeback submissions.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies, ensuring accurate resubmissions.
  • Generate and share monthly exception/variance reports.
  • Collaborate with teams and distributors to address root causes.
  • Partner with Accounts Receivable to offset deductions against rebate credits.
  • Provide monthly rebate forecasts and accruals to Finance.
  • Maintain pricing and contract systems with accurate product and cost data.
  • Enter and manage pricing agreements, contracts, and deviations.
  • Support GPO contract management in the U.S. and Canada.
  • Assist with pricing and chargeback inquiries across departments.
  • Train Sales teams on pricing tools and serve as the main contract contact.
  • Contribute to cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain departmental work instructions.
  • Support system testing and audit activities.
  • Deliver ad hoc reporting as needed.
