About The Position

Lincoln International, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Analyst to join its rapidly growing Consumer M&A practice in Los Angeles. The Analyst position provides an excellent opportunity to work in a demanding, yet supportive, team-oriented environment. Analysts will master financial analysis and research skills, and become involved in transactions from start to finish. They serve as the analytical anchor for their deal team, responsible for preparing, completing, and ensuring the accuracy of all financial modeling and analysis. Analysts are expected to interpret financial analysis results, pose questions, and draw conclusions. Additionally, Analysts play a critical role in preparing client presentations, identifying potential acquirers, conducting industry and company-specific research, supporting due diligence, and interacting with clients regularly. A Bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting, or have successfully completed significant coursework in these areas.
Minimum GPA of 3.7.
A 2026 graduate with prior M&A Summer Analyst/Private Equity Summer Analyst experience or a 2025 graduate with working experience in financial services.
