About The Position

Lincoln International, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Analyst to join its rapidly growing Consumer M&A practice in Los Angeles. The Analyst position provides an excellent opportunity to work in a demanding, yet supportive, team-oriented environment. Analysts will master financial analysis and research skills, and become involved in transactions from start to finish. They serve as the analytical anchor for their deal team, responsible for preparing, completing, and ensuring the accuracy of all financial modeling and analysis. Analysts are expected to interpret financial analysis results, pose questions, and draw conclusions. Additionally, Analysts play a critical role in preparing client presentations, identifying potential acquirers, conducting industry and company-specific research, supporting due diligence, and interacting with clients regularly. Requirements

  • Strong writing, verbal communication, and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • A Bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting, or have successfully completed significant coursework in these areas.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.7.
  • A 2026 graduate with prior M&A Summer Analyst/Private Equity Summer Analyst experience or a 2025 graduate with working experience in financial services.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing, completing, and ensuring the accuracy of all financial modeling and analysis.
  • Interpreting the results of financial analysis, posing questions, and drawing conclusions.
  • Preparing client presentations.
  • Preparing marketing materials for sell-side and buy-side advisory assignments.
  • Identifying potential acquirers.
  • Conducting industry and company-specific research.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and quality of all presentation materials.
  • Supporting the due diligence process.
  • Interacting with clients on a regular basis.
  • Attending client meetings.
  • Supporting the marketing activities of the firm as they relate to an industry or engagement.
