Royal Caribbean Group’s Consumer Insight Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Analyst, Consumer Insights reporting to the Sr. Manager. Consumer Insights. This position will be working onsite from Miami. Position Summary: Royal Caribbean International’s Consumer and Market Insights team is seeking an Analyst, Consumer Insights to fulfill market research needs based on the brand strategy and operational goals. This role will be responsible for working cross-departmentally on the day-to-day management of our dual-branded customer satisfaction program. This position will also assist and support with the design and programming of quantitative and qualitative research, analyzing primary and secondary data from multiple sources to deliver insights via story driven reporting. This role is responsible for managing multiple projects and requires being detail- oriented in project management. We’re looking for a strong, self-motivated individual who brings technical and process leadership as well as a service-oriented mindset in everything they do. In essence, the Analyst of Consumer Insights will serve as the internal expert and a champion of the voice of the customer for the Consumer Insights team and within the broader organization. The right person for this role is someone who is perpetually curious, passionate about research and the insights that can be gleaned from it. They should be comfortable juggling multiple complex projects at once within tight timelines. The Analyst, Consumer Insights will report to the Manager, Consumer Insights.
