About The Position

The Analyst, Consumer and Customer Relations plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of Saputo product information across internal systems and external customer and third-party platforms. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and customers to manage product data, documentation, and certifications while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or have equivalent relevant education and/or experience.
• Exhibit a high level of professionalism, initiative, and a strong work ethic.
• Possess strong organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally within a team and manage multiple projects with energy.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage Saputo item data across multiple internal and external customer and third-party databases, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external customers to assess data requirements and align product information with customer and vendor standards.
• Maintain and update product specifications documentation, and certifications to ensure information is current and consistent.
• Manage and upload required Saputo documentation within customer portals and third-party networks.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with management to implement efficiencies and best practices.
• Support ad hoc initiatives and project-based work as assigned, including cross-functional projects.
