About The Position
This role conducts analysis and develops recommendations on new or modified compensation programs to support business goals and market competitive practices with a high degree of confidentiality.

Responsibilities
- Analyze and summarize survey results for policy development and planning.
- Participate in various compensation-related projects, such as market research, trend monitoring, and performing reporting and analysis.
- Assist with the job evaluation process, including attending intake meetings, tracking status, and administering as necessary.
- Administer various compensation programs, ensuring compliance with established guidelines, processes, and procedures.
- Conduct orientation training programs on compensation for new recruits and new locations.
- Maintain job codes and pay grids for respective client groups.
- Monitor minimum wage forecasts and administer minimum wage implementations.
- Build and maintain networking with relevant partners to gain industry knowledge.
- Monitor the compensation mailbox and respond to inquiries as needed.
