Role Overview We are seeking a Client Solutions professional with 1–5 years of experience for a full-time remote role in the United States, with a preference for candidates based in the Central Time Zone. This is a client-facing role involving expert engagement management, research support, and client servicing. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, remote environment.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in consulting, research, recruitment, client servicing, or related fields
- Strong proficiency in English (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking and research capability
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
- Interest in consulting, markets, and business strategy
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end expert matching between clients and industry experts, with a focus on projects
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of expert insights
- Coordinate effectively between clients and experts across regions
- Support clients with market research, industry benchmarking, and competitive analysis focused on projects
- Translate client requirements into structured research outputs
- Provide clear and actionable insights to support decision-making
- Support ongoing client engagement and project execution
- Assist in managing client requests and ensuring smooth delivery of outcomes
- Help maintain high client satisfaction and responsiveness
- Work closely with internal global teams to deliver projects
- Ensure seamless coordination across time zones and stakeholders
- Support efficient execution of client deliverables in a remote setup
