About The Position

We are looking for an Analyst to join our Client Reporting team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting institutional client reporting activities. You'll work with data, reporting tools, and global teams while learning how client reports are produced and delivered. This role is ideal for those interested in asset management, financial services, and data analysis.

Requirements

  • Completed or pursuing a degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Technology, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn complex systems and data sources.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
  • Ability to communicate questions and issues proactively.
  • Comfort working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a willingness to investigate reporting and data issues.
  • Ability to become increasingly independent in completing assigned tasks while knowing when to seek guidance.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with formulas and data analysis.
  • Experience working with spreadsheets and large data sets.
  • Familiarity with investment management, financial markets, or asset management concepts.
  • Experience with reporting platforms such as Vermilion is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, including Copilot, is desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and written communication skills, with the ability to contribute effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and use the Vermilion Reporting Suite to support client reporting.
  • Produce and validate client reports and factsheets.
  • Review data, identify discrepancies, and investigate issues.
  • Partner with teams in the U.S., India, and Hong Kong to complete reporting deliverables.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Track and maintain reporting activities and task completion.
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting requests using Excel-based tools.
  • Update process documentation and suggest improvements.
  • Support teammates during peak periods and team absences.
  • Participate in training to build knowledge of investment reporting and data systems.
