Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar analytical role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical skills to support departmental strategies and evaluate category performance.
• Experience with vendor management, cost negotiations, and promotional planning.
• Ability to validate and ensure the accuracy of vendor deals.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support the Category Merchandising & Pricing teams to achieve departmental goals and strategies.
• Conduct detailed analysis for the categories under evaluation to support the brand’s strategic objectives.
• Assist with shelf presentation, assortment decisions, cost negotiations, promotional planning, and product development.
• Ensure accuracy and validation of vendor-submitted deals.
