About The Position

This role supports organizational decision-making by producing data insights and reports that inform digital product strategy, customer experience optimization, and app and web performance. It involves collecting, analyzing, and reporting on digital journey performance, digital interactions, feature usage, and key business metrics across dashboards and recurring analyses. The role differentiates itself by synthesizing digital behavior, product performance, and operational metrics to provide actionable intelligence to Digital Product teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Success is measured by the accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of weekly reporting, dashboard outputs, and insights delivered to stakeholders. The work impacts the organization by enabling informed digital product decisions, improving customer experiences, and supporting baseline and BAU performance management through data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent.
  • Acceptable areas of study include Business, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze digital product, app, and web performance data to produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly analytical reports
  • Report on digital journey performance, digital interactions, feature engagement, conversion, adoption, and other key product metrics
  • Maintain baseline and BAU reporting of key digital metrics across dashboards, recurring reports, and analysis deliverables
  • Synthesize digital behavior trends, product performance data, and customer interaction metrics to generate actionable insights for Digital Product and cross-functional teams
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of app and web journeys, features, and experiences to support digital product measurement and business intelligence activities
  • Partner with stakeholders to define measurement needs, track feature performance, and evaluate the impact of digital product changes
  • Respond to and fulfill ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from business stakeholders
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
