Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Demonstrated experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing business reporting dashboards
  • Demonstrated experience supporting business operations, project coordination, reporting, or analytics functions
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate across teams, and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions
  • High degree of ownership, follow-through, and comfort working across both operational and technical domains
  • Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and evolving business processes

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with project management, workflow management, or collaboration platforms such as Jira or similar tools
  • Ability to document processes, synthesize complex information, and present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience gathering requirements and coordinating cross-functional initiatives
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, data flows, and system integrations
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, consulting, financial services, investment management, energy, climate, or related fields
  • Experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards in a production environment and translating business requirements into reporting solutions
  • Experience working with or coordinating external technology vendors
  • Familiarity with financial operations, investment operations, or compliance reporting environments
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and NetSuite or similar financial management or operational data systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric
  • Interest in or passion for climate finance, sustainability, or public-private investment initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Vice President, FinOps in coordinating across the FinOps team, including scheduling, preparation of presentations, tracking action items, and supporting internal planning, coordination, and execution of team priorities.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards to support organizational reporting needs, ensuring accuracy, usability, and timely updates. Partner with business stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into practical dashboard solutions and support ongoing enhancements as organizational needs evolve.
  • Help manage the working relationship with CGC’s external technology and reporting support vendors, including coordinating requests, tracking deliverables, and escalating issues as needed, while collaborating closely with the VP of IT and senior operational leaders.
  • Support the planning, tracking, and execution of cross-functional initiatives across FinOps, including implementing project management and workflow tools and processes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather information, identify reporting and operational needs, document requirements, improve processes, and support the execution of organizational priorities.
