About The Position

The Business Data Analyst, Technology and Transformation will interpret data and analyze results to turn data into information that will help make better business decisions. They will be responsible for creating excel models to validate metrics in dashboards and ensure data integrity. This position will also leverage the use of technology, such as Tableau Plus, AI intelligence or Power BI, to develop ad-hoc reports and dashboards. The Analyst will help develop and maintain documentation related to data architecture and dashboards. The Analyst will also guide teams and help them navigate through dashboards and show them how to use the tools accurately. This position will also require to support the refresh process of data flows.

Requirements

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Tableau or Power BI experience
  • Excellent communication
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Technical expertise regarding data models
  • Well-organized, detailed oriented, logical, accurate and analytical in thought and approach
  • Time management and ability to meet all project deadlines
  • Great teammate able to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or Analytical field
  • 2+ years of experience in a data analytics
  • Understand various elements of Supply Chain Operations (Planning, Demand Management, Inventory, Sourcing, etc.)

  • 2+ years of Supply Chain Operations experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a data analytics and management system environment

Responsibilities

  • Interpret data and analyze results to turn data into information that will help make better business decisions
  • Build excel models to validate metrics in dashboards and ensure data integrity
  • Generate the output of daily, weekly, and monthly processes to refresh data sources and produce reports
  • Collaborate with global team members to capture requirements for projects
  • Assist and direct teams to find the right data sources for ad-hoc projects
  • Leverage the use of technology, such as Tableau or Power BI, to create ad-hoc reports and dashboards for teams in Supply Chain and Global Operations.
  • Integrate AI functionality in the development of dashboards to leverage the Tableau Plus offering.
  • Participate in the development and enhancement of Supply Chain and Global Operations metrics to improve efficiency and ensure global consistency
  • Develop and document internal team procedures for all processes and reports
  • Generate documentation regarding the data and dashboard architecture in Tableau or Power BI
  • Support the refresh process of data flows
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
