About The Position

Eagle Integrated Services, LLC, part of the Bristol Bay Native Corporation, is offering a unique opportunity to serve military families and their children as part of a multi-disciplinary team supporting the Center for Autism Resources, Education and Services (CARES) program within the Department of Pediatrics, Madigan Army Medical Center. The prospective candidate will perform a full range of Board Certified Behavior Analyst services in accordance with the scope of clinical privileges. Provide services in collaboration with other Providers who support and/or provide services to one’s clients.

Requirements

  • Must be able to pass a Federal government background check
  • Must be able to pass Child background checks
  • Must provide proof of education, certification and pass credentialing
  • In accordance with the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 252.223.7999 “Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors”, the prospective candidate must be fully vaccinated or consent to routine testing.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and prepare written treatment programs based on an evaluation of the patient.
  • Design and implement individualized behavioral assessment procedures.
  • Design and implement the full range of functional assessment procedures.
  • Select intervention strategies.
  • Identify and address practical and ethical considerations when using experimental designs to demonstrate treatment effectiveness.
  • Arrange instructional procedures to promote generative learning (i.e. derived relations).
  • Record treatment, response and progress in patient’s chart and/or automated systems.
  • Identify the contingencies governing the behavior of those responsible for carrying out behavior-change procedures and design interventions accordingly.
  • Design and use competency-based training for persons who are responsible for carrying out behavioral assessment and behavior-change procedures.
  • Prepare and carry out instructional events for caregivers of patients.
  • Review of community generated ABA progress reports.
  • Participate in peer review activities.
