Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biological Sciences, Physical Sciences, Life Sciences, or another relevant technical discipline is preferred.
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within the medical device, life sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or a regulated manufacturing environment.
Experience supporting biological testing, quality, regulatory, laboratory operations, or related technical functions is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

Coordinate biological testing activities, including bioburden, sterility, biocompatibility, and other testing programs performed by external third-party laboratories, supporting both routine quality activities and R&D projects.
Coordinate and monitor scheduled laboratory audits to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare, review, and maintain testing protocols, study plans, and final laboratory reports in accordance with quality and regulatory requirements.
Analyze laboratory data, identify trends, and support investigations into test results and performance metrics.
Coordinate purchase requisitions and purchase orders for external laboratory testing services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Quality) to coordinate sample collection, preparation, and shipment for testing.
Develop and maintain knowledge of sterilization, biocompatibility, and related regulatory standards, identifying process improvement opportunities and presenting recommendations.
Ensure testing activities and documentation comply with regulatory requirements, international standards, internal procedures, and quality system requirements.
Perform gap analyses to evaluate compliance with regulations, standards, and internal processes, and support corrective action implementation.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory testing efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain quality standards.
Participate in cross-functional projects to improve systems, workflows, and operational processes related to Biological Sciences.
