We work together to drive ambition to every future! Purpose We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable professional to join our U.S. Structured Notes team. This position is integral to supporting the origination engine for our cross-asset structured notes business. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of structured products and demonstrate the ability to handle end-to-end workflows for complex financial instruments. Requirements
- FINRA Series SIE, 7, and 63 licenses.
- Proven ability to manage complex workflows involving legal, tax, operations, trading, and technology.
- Displays excellent attention to detail and takes ownership of deliverables from start to finish.
- 2+years of experience working in structured products documentation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the structured notes issuance process for structured notes, ensuring pricing terms are accurately included in legal documentation, booking systems, and client communications.
- Take a central role in executing deals, focusing on the documentation process for structured note issuances, including preparing offering documents, term sheets, ISDA confirmations, and other legal agreements.
- Support automation efforts, new application projects and system upgrades to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Assist in business development initiatives, including platform and digital enhancements to best serve our clients.
- Create tailored investment strategies and solutions by understanding client objectives and translating them into actionable structured product ideas.
- Review product terms and payoff mechanics to identify documentation, operational, and control considerations.
- Monitor lifecycle process and manage desk flow to effectively serve and support our clients
- Coordinate with internal teams including legal, tax, compliance, internal controls.
- Liaise with outside counsel for ongoing business and to help build out capabilities for future trades.
- Assist with secondary market-making role and pricing contributions.
