About The Position

Lument is currently seeking to hire Analysts for its Associate Development Program (“ADP”) at its Columbus, Ohio and New York City offices. Upon completion of this initial training, ADP participants will work closely with these areas of the business on various aspects of production, credit, and asset management support before direct placement in one of these groups. The 12-month program is tailored towards recent undergraduate candidates, with recruiting focused from August to December. Individuals who are currently working with 1-3 years of experience are also eligible for consideration. As a growing firm with expanding services, there is excellent potential for professional development and promotion within the company.
