About The Position

The Asset Management team is central to every structured finance/asset-backed lending transaction, ensuring that closed transactions fulfill their promises long after signing. As an Analyst on this team, you will be assigned to several transactions and responsible for their day-to-day management, including tracking performance, compliance, and adherence to loan and transaction documents, solving problems, and asking critical questions to keep relationships on track. This role involves managing Credigy’s structured finance/asset-backed loan transactions from due diligence through the life of the investment. For assigned relationships, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the lending client, working closely with the Asset Manager to monitor loan and collateral performance, track progress against underwriting expectations, and monitor financial and operational performance and compliance with covenants and other transaction requirements. Collaboration across Credigy’s business lines, including deal teams, Finance, and Compliance, as well as direct interaction with client leadership, is essential. Success in this role hinges on maintaining effective client relationships, identifying and escalating risks early, and ensuring performance aligns with underwriting expectations.
