Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign measurement, or paid media/website analytics
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics; advertising, CRM, or digital background a plus
  • Experience with web analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe), ad serving systems (CM360), and dashboarding tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Datorama)
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative skills, with the ability to turn data into a clear point of view
  • Curiosity about using AI tools to work faster and dig deeper
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and a strong written and verbal communicator
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Desire to build strong, trusting relationships with clients and internal teams — communicating clearly, listening well, and presenting findings with confidence

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in healthcare/pharma measurement a plus — no prior experience required

Responsibilities

  • Support performance reporting and analysis for various client engagements, including traditional, digital, and social media programs. The goal is to maximize our clients’ return on marketing investment through ongoing program measurement, disciplined in-market testing, and results-based performance management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define measurable program goals and objectives
  • Develop concise measurement plans detailing objectives, framework, data sources, and reporting cadence
  • Partner with technical teams to implement and QA tracking — including generating tags from analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe) and ad servers (CM360) — to ensure clean, reliable data
  • Monitor and maintain the measurement framework in-market, resolving issues quickly (e.g., ad delivery, tag integrity)
  • Aggregate data from multiple sources (site analytics, ad servers, social listening, call tracking, CRM, and more) into integrated dashboards and report templates
  • Analyze results and present findings — with clear, actionable recommendations — to internal teams and clients
  • Contribute to the agency's analytics vision by refining our processes, tools, templates, and AI-assisted workflows
