At Doctors of BC, the Analyst, Analytics & Portfolio Support role is crucial for enhancing FPSC programs and projects. This position involves providing expertise in quality improvement, project support, and data analysis. The analyst will develop recommendations and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the implementation and evaluation of FPSC programs. A key responsibility is translating complex qualitative and quantitative data into accessible formats for various audiences, enabling data-informed decision-making by program leadership. The role requires close collaboration with the project team to refine data collection and assessment tools, maintain data standards, initiate surveys and focus groups, and apply consistent methodologies for comparative analysis. The analyst will summarize and present outcomes to sponsors and key stakeholders, including JCC leadership and the FPSC. This position will analyze program data, identify trends and gaps, and inform strategic and operational decisions at leadership levels. The analyst will also prepare various materials such as data visualizations, briefing notes, guides, presentations, forecast reports, year-end reports, risk assessments, and summaries of analyses. Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including FPSC team members, Doctors of BC, the Ministry of Health, Divisions of Family Practice, regional health authorities, and physicians, is essential for the success of FPSC programs.
