About The Position
The American Express National Bank (AENB) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Compliance Team maintains the Enterprise AI Compliance Program, which includes maintenance of the AI Standard, oversight for AI Compliance Risk engagement in risk assessments, maintenance of key Compliance Risk factors, and monitoring of key risks for the Program. By embedding risk discipline into strategy and operations, the AI Compliance Program enables responsible growth, innovation, and long-term value. The Analyst, AENB and AI Compliance team is a role focused on managing the Compliance risks associated with the development and deployment of AI within American Express. The incumbent will be responsible for executing on the overall Compliance risk management and governance framework for Traditional and non-Traditional AI adoption at the Company. We are seeking an analyst to be a part of this exciting journey.
