About The Position

The Engineering Intern performs basic engineering functions in support of mining equipment. This position is working from home eligible. Requirements

  • Current active student in good standing who has complete 60 hours towards a related Engineering Bachelor’s degree.
  • Is expected to travel nationally up to 20% to customer or supplier sites for some training plans.
  • Ability to complete and maintain mine certifications or safety training such as Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) hazard training.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Works with the Engineering staff on projects outlined in the individualized intern training plan.
  • Works independently and as a team member with other Engineers, Designers, and production personnel or on ad hoc projects.
