About The Position

The Boeing Company, specifically Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS), is seeking an Analysis, Integration, and Test Engineer (Level 2) for an Air Dominance Fixed Wing Proprietary Program in St. Louis, MO. This role is in a fast-paced, cutting-edge program focused on the design, integration, and testing of advanced network and communication systems for mission planning, debrief, and tactical Command & Control (C2) solutions for fixed-wing platforms. The engineer will support the development, analysis, integration, and testing of engineering solutions for critical Ground System capabilities, including Network and Communication Architectures, Command and Control Systems, Mission Planning & Debrief Tools, and Situational Awareness Enhancements. The position involves developing prioritized mission systems digital threads, ensuring ground system support from design to delivery, and working within a cross-functional team in an agile environment to drive next-generation capabilities. The role emphasizes innovation with open-architecture, model-based designs and collaboration across disciplines to support defense missions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
  • 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications
  • Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. A “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
  • Requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and translate requirements into system, hardware and software designs and interface specifications
  • Test and validate to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements
