About The Position

Join the Raytheon team within our Hardware Electrical Engineering Organization responsible for the design, test, manufacture, and mission support of advanced electrical subsystems utilized in extreme battlefield environments. In this role, you will contribute to cutting-edge technologies spanning target detection and tracking, guidance, navigation, digital signal processing, and communications. Working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams, you will apply rigorous engineering processes to solve complex hardware challenges, engineer high-reliability circuit card assemblies (CCAs), and advance solutions from design through lab integration. Join the Raytheon team within our Hardware Electrical Engineering Organization and play a vital role in engineering the critical electrical backbones that power our nation's defense systems. In this role, you will design, simulate, analyze, and test cutting-edge analog electronics, high-efficiency power conversion topologies, power distribution architectures, flight termination/telemetry systems, and precision servo/motor control systems. Working collaboratively alongside cross-functional engineering teams, you will help take complex analog engineering concepts from initial requirements through hands-on laboratory integration and production support.
