About The Position
Texas Instruments is seeking a full-time Analog Design Manager in Tucson, Arizona. The Analog Design Manager directs and guides the activities of a research or technical design function responsible for designing, developing, modifying and evaluating analog and mixed signal electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment and other hardware systems.

Responsibilities
- Evaluates final results of research and development projects to assure accomplishment of technical objectives
- Prepares and presents reports outlining the outcome of technical projects and makes recommendations for actions necessary to achieve desired results
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function
- Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to develop new process, packaging and test solutions for sensor technology
- Design and mentor engineers to develop low power and high-precision analog circuits
