Requirements

• Completed professional studies (verifiable).
• Experience in recruitment and selection (2 years).
• Knowledge of training and development.
• Knowledge of personnel administration.
• Knowledge of Federal Labor Law.
• Knowledge of document management.

Responsibilities

• Execute compliance with policies and codes of ethics with Capital Human procedures and programs, providing support in selection, onboarding, training, TMR, offboarding, climate, payroll, personnel attention, etc., to ensure the operationality of Capital Human in the plant.
• Support the efficient execution of personnel administration processes to guarantee the entry, stay, and resources of collaborators.
• Develop management indicators related to performance, complying with different Capital Human processes (Selection, Training, Rotation, Variable Payments, etc.), to report results or incidents.
• Support and execute events, activities, and collaborator experience campaigns to ensure the transcendence of the culture.
