Amusement Manager
About The Position
The Amusement Manager is a technical expert responsible for keeping games in ideal playing conditions. This role provides leadership to Game Technicians while positively impacting the business and delivering excellent guest service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, multi-faceted restaurant/entertainment environment, can diagnose and repair amusement arcade and virtual reality games, and possesses a friendly, engaging management style. The role requires the ability to handle high-volume days, significant walking, and an average of 50-hour work weeks, while inspiring fun through effective communication with team members and guests. This position offers the satisfaction of instantly improving guest experiences and encouraging team performance.
Requirements
- 21+ years of age
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar environment diagnosing and fixing arcade games and technical equipment
- Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
- Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, regarding all job responsibilities
- Strong business acumen
- The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Techs, responsible for hiring, training, developing, and retaining the best team possible.
- Create a well-maintained, safe, secure, and sanitary environment for all guests and staff.
- Keep arcade equipment maintained and in proper working order.
- Adhere to all outlined preventative maintenance programs.
- Monitor and perform daily store maintenance as instructed.
- Strive for 100% game playability and repair games on the fly.
