About The Position

We have an immediate opening for the position of part-time associate in entertainment. This position is for the area at 5401 Bd des Galeries, Québec, QC G2K 1N4. You will be required to work a variable schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Requirements

Legally Entitled to Work in Canada
Ability to work flexible hours, including day, evening, night, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
It works well in a busy environment
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to work under pressure while complying with all relevant legislation
Excellent organizational, communication, customer service, conflict resolution and interrelationship skills
Energetic and enthusiastic personality
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Experience in monitoring and controlling the inventory of an asset

Nice To Haves

English and French language skills are an asset.
Some preferred mechanical troubleshooting knowledge
Familiarity with POS systems will be considered an asset

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional and friendly customer service
Get payment for game card purchases in the form of debit and credit
Maintain cash withdrawal operations by following policies and procedures
Sell additional playing cards to maximize customer service
Redeem prizes for guests at the Redemption counter and get e-tickets as payment
Maintain buyback operations by following policies and procedures
Replenishment of goods
Respond to and correct guest comments and concerns
Assist in maintaining the layout and operating status of the facility, including its recreational equipment, refund counter, storage spaces, etc.
Assist in maintaining supplies for all gaming venues and game rooms
Make sure that the game rooms exceed the standard of cleanliness.
