About The Position
Round One Entertainment is hiring for our new location at Colorado Mills in Lakewood, CO (opening early November)! This role supports arcade operations including game card sales, prize redemption, and maintaining the game floor. This is a high-paced work environment with our peak hours from 5 pm - 2 am and weekends. The majority of scheduled hours will be nights or weekends.
Requirements
- A High School diploma or GED.
- Experience in both back of house and front of house in fast food, entertainment or hospitality industries is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- During assigned shifts engage customers to determine whether their needs are met.
- Maintain inventory levels in amusement games.
- Maintain games and counters clean and visibly attractive to customers’ eyes.
- Respond responsively, and politely with a friendly demeanor to customers’ requests.
- Answers phone calls for all general inquiries.
- Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
- Conducts alcohol and age restriction control by company policies.
- Conducts lost and found procedures according to company policies.
- Seeks constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes.
- Complies and maintains confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.
