Key Responsibilities: As an AMS Technology Lead, you will be responsible for functioning as the primary contact for technology work at each account. Your day-to-day activities will involve integrating technology contracts and engagements at the client, leveraging all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account, and creating the technology account plan while involving the right people to maximize opportunities and build the account. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in AS400 COBOL 400 is required. Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance technology offerings at the account. Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of technology projects. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge. This role will be 100% onsite in Pittsburgh, PA.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of work experience
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with AS400
  • On-call USA daytime shift support will be required
  • HS Diploma/ GED
  • Advanced proficiency in AS400 COBOL 400 is required
