About The Position

The AMRAAM Production team has an immediate opening for a Program Cost Controls Analyst. This position provides a tremendous growth opportunity for an ambitious individual to partner with the program leadership team, which includes Program Managers, technical leads, and functional partners. In addition, this role will provide the opportunity to increase exposure to multiple facets of finance and the overall organization. Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience.
  • Experience with computer/Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Experience interpreting and analyzing financial data.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in developing EAC’s, budgets and forecasts including variance analysis.
  • Experience with government financial CDRL submissions including CFSR and CSDR.
  • Experience using SAP (APEX, PRISM, and/or BW/AO), or similar financial systems.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and professional skills; the ability to multi-task and work independently and with some supervision and oversight.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, problem solving skills.
  • Ability to apply, interpret, and provide financial guidance on Raytheon Policies and Procedures.
  • Experience with meeting critical deadlines, data analysis, reporting and/or process improvement.
  • Experience in organizing, preparing, and presenting briefings to management and peers.

Responsibilities

  • Support all program financial aspects including weekly and monthly financial performance reporting.
  • Development of EACs; analysis/assist in accurate projection of Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) data.
  • Budgeting, cost control and variance analysis, internal/external reporting, risk management, and financial support.
  • Partner with Program Management and cross functional leads to support program execution.
  • Prepare detailed CDRLs in support of contract requirements (such as CFSRs and CSDRs).
  • Assist with organization of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and job cost accumulation, labor and cost transfer submittals.
  • Initiating and reconciling invoicing, interfacing with Orders to Cash team.
