This role involves conducting adjudications, analysis, risk assessments, and investigations of general queue cases, with the potential to recommend demarketing or freezing of accounts. The investigator will provide support for moderate to complex end-to-end investigations, including AML, Sanctions/ABAC Financial Crime, or digital evidence. Key responsibilities include prioritizing investigation requests, conducting thorough analysis and risk assessments, researching and applying new methodologies for analyzing digital evidence, and supporting case preparation with proper documentation. The role also involves preparing and delivering seminars on financial crime topics, maintaining awareness of emerging trends and technologies, and applying knowledge of bank procedures and systems to assist investigators. Additionally, the investigator will lead small-scale projects, manage confidential information, conduct reporting and analysis, identify and manage risks, and maintain project records. Continuous process improvement and adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines are expected. The role requires active participation in team activities, knowledge sharing, and personal development. The investigator will contribute to a fair and positive work environment, acting as a brand champion for the business area and the bank.
