The AML/CFT Compliance Specialist must have an advanced understanding of all potential liabilities and work to deter and detect criminal abuse and identify areas where opportunities for improvement exist. You will report to the AML/CFT Compliance Officer. This role involves ensuring the accurate and timely completion of AML/CFT Compliance reports, conducting quality reviews, and ensuring corrective actions are applied across all sites. The specialist will also assess system capabilities, manage technologies supporting the AML/CFT Program, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations. A key part of the role includes performing oversight, audits, and investigations related to patron applications and system monitoring alerts, drafting detailed reports on findings, and assisting with the development and delivery of AML/CFT training materials.
