About The Position
The Opportunity As an AML and Sanctions - AI Developer - Senior Associate, you will leverage data and analytics to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients within our Risk & Regulatory practice. You will develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand, deepen your technical skills, and enhance your awareness of strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity. In this role at PwC, you will utilize advanced analytics techniques to help clients optimize their operations and achieve their strategic goals. You will be part of the Financial Crimes Unit - AML & Sanctions Managed Services, where your ability to interpret data to inform insights and recommendations will be crucial. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Utilizing Python for data analysis and interpretation
- Developing business data analytics strategies for client solutions
- Excelling in stakeholder engagement and relationship building
- Navigating complex situations with critical thinking and problem-solving
- Embracing change and continuous process improvement
- Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations
