AML Analyst II - Compliance - Full Time
About The Position
The AML Analyst II performs advanced analytics and serves as the primary source for identifying potentially suspicious activity for investigation. The role works closely with the Executive Director AML Compliance to support day-to-day compliance with the AML program among the casino’s operating departments. The position reviews casino-related logs and reports, verifies the accuracy and completeness of CTRs before filing, and assists with SAR and KYC investigations. It also contributes to creating and revising Compliance policies. The role requires on-site attendance and involves exposure to casino environmental factors, including secondhand smoke, excessive noise, and hectic environments. The hourly pay range is $22.36 to $29.09.
Requirements
- Five years of experience in a casino-related operation and familiarity with BSA/AML compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Ability to travel to and from work and attend the work site to perform the position responsibilities and essential functions.
Responsibilities
- Review daily casino-related logs and reports for suspicious activity.
- Ensure CTRs are accurate and complete before filing.
- Review daily security logs for reported suspicious activity.
- Obtain and review daily surveillance logs for suspicious activity.
- Assist with SAR investigations and prepare results for the Executive Director.
- Assist with KYC investigations and prepare results for the Executive Director.
- Assist in creating and revising Compliance policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director BSA Compliance.
