About The Position

Support the Bank’s data and analytics function by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing operational and customer-related data to produce accurate, timely insights for business and compliance stakeholders. Assist with reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis that help monitor performance, identify trends, and strengthen data-driven decision making. Work under the guidance of senior analysts to ensure data quality, documentation, and reporting standards are met.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in STEM
• Experience within internship, coursework or project experience in data analysis, reporting, Excel, SQL, or business intelligence tools preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned analytical work in a manner consistent with policies, data handling standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Complete required training and follow established reporting and documentation practices.
• Extract, validate, and organize data from Bank systems, reports, and files.
• Assist with monitoring data quality, reconciling discrepancies, and documenting data sources and assumptions.
• Conduct analysis of transactional, operational, and customer data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process or reporting improvement.
• Prepare summaries, tables, and visualizations that support management and business unit reviews.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of recurring reports and dashboards.
• Support ad hoc requests from business units, and help document methodologies so analyses can be repeated and audited.
