About The Position

Represent Toyota Material Handling Systems in all aftermarket activities East of Atlanta territory. Provide superior customer satisfaction by providing unique, innovative solutions with the customer needs in mind at all times. Attend all deliveries of new and used Toyota Forklifts being shipped within your territory. Introduce the customer to Toyota Forklifts of Atlanta and what we have to offer in terms of business solutions. Promote Service Programs tailored to match the needs of each respective customer. Promote Toyota Genuine Parts sales and Star-Lift Parts sales to competitive brand users within your territory. Promote rental business within your territory. Promote Fleet Management Services where beneficial. Define Target Accounts and Measure performance towards those Target Accounts.

Requirements

• Must possess their own clean, safe vehicle to conduct business
• Honesty and integrity are an absolute must
• A desire to meet or exceed customers’ expectations is essential
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are necessary
• Ability to interact with all departments within our dealership
• Need to manage conflict and possess solid Negotiation Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
• Always dress professionally and appropriately
• Must have a current unrestricted driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years’ experience in Material Handling Equipment or Industrial Sales preferred
