About The Position

The Americas Technical Validation (Tech Val) team partners with Sales and Solution Consulting (SC) leadership to validate Adobe’s C&P and CXO capabilities for complex, high-value deals through high-impact technical validation engagements, including proofs of concept and hands-on labs. This role is intentionally built as a stretch opportunity for an experienced manager! You will play a pivotal role providing managerial execution leadership and strategic partnership for the HOL program throughout the Americas while leading a team of senior Tech Val practitioners to deliver high-quality engagements. You will be accountable for execution quality, prioritization, and consistent delivery outcomes. You will shape how hands-on labs are developed, scaled, and used. This manager role requires strong Adobe proficiency, sound technical judgment, and the ability to guide highly experienced practitioners through complex validation and development decisions.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or customer‑facing technical roles supporting complex, enterprise‑scale deals with proven ability to engage in productive technical conversations.
  • Prior people management experience, including mentoring and performance development.
  • Solid knowledge of Adobe’s priority C&P and CXO platforms and associated solution areas.
  • Demonstrated skill collaborating with leadership through a proactive, data‑driven approach that brings structure and clarity to ambiguous and executive‑level situations.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20 percent to support key opportunities, consistent with regional needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution and help set the strategic direction of the Americas HOL program by incorporating input from senior practitioners, field teams, and subject matter experts, which informs regional and global HOL strategy.
  • Define and evolve HOL engagement models, balancing quality, consistency, scalability, and impact.
  • Serve as a core execution leader within the HOL Center of Excellence, operationalizing standards, guidelines, and reusable frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with SC leadership to ensure that HOL engagements align strategically with deal objectives, opportunity value, and customer context.
  • Vet incoming validation requests, confirm alignment to deal strategy, and determine the appropriate validation approach, advancing and aligning on exceptions as needed.
  • Participate in deal reviews and prioritization discussions, applying sound, data‑driven judgment to guide decisions when capacity constraints or competing priorities arise.
  • Ensure execution quality across all Americas HOL engagements by maintaining strong operational rigor with insight into capacity, risks, and outcomes.
  • Find opportunities to scale impact through reusable content, standardized approaches, and improved processes.
  • Collaborate with Tech Val peers globally to share guidelines, align on execution approaches, and improve delivery models.
  • Lead and mentor a group of highly experienced Tech Val professionals on engagement strategy, technical storytelling, and customer impact, reinforcing established principles.
  • Provide clear prioritization, remove obstacles, and enable practitioners to focus on the highest‑value work.
  • Foster a high‑performing culture of ownership, accountability, and proactive communication.
