Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or brand activation, ideally in AI, tech, SaaS, or consumer electronics.
  • Proven track record managing cross-channel campaigns and coordinating agencies or partners.
  • Experience localizing global campaigns for local market.
  • Strong understanding of paid, earned, and owned media ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Good at using AI tools to improve work efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Localize and execute Plaud’s global integrated marketing campaigns across PR, influencer, paid media, and multiple sales channels.
  • Collaborate with Global IMC teams to translate strategic direction into actionable, market-specific campaign plans.
  • Manage local creative, media, and PR agencies to ensure timely, high-quality campaign delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional partners to maintain consistency in brand messaging, creative assets, and launch timelines.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to optimize future executions.
