We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to join Digital Realty’s AMER Marketing team, supporting our Enterprise U.S. Sales organization. In this role, you’ll lead the planning and execution of regional marketing initiatives — from in-person customer experiences to digital engagements — that deepen relationships, accelerate pipeline growth, and strengthen Digital Realty’s position as the global leader in data center, colocation, and AI-ready infrastructure. You’ll serve as the key liaison between Sales and Marketing, ensuring field strategies are aligned with go-to-market priorities and regional business objectives. You’ll guide the development of integrated programs that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across target accounts while managing budgets, performance metrics, and cross-functional collaboration.
