Eliot Community Human Services•Lynnwood, WA
•$40 - $50•Onsite

About The Position

Eliot is seeking a fee-for-service clinician to join its Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CBHC) team. The CBHC program serves as a single entry point for mental health and substance use services for youth, families, and adults. The clinician provides clinical evaluation and assessment during psychiatric crises, supporting rapid response, targeted intervention, and engagement. Services include diagnostic evaluation, crisis stabilization and planning, short-term treatment, safety planning, and support for clients and families until longer-term services are available or the level of acuity has subsided. Services may be delivered in the office, virtually, in the community, or in clients’ residences, depending on client preference and need and the clinical direction of the urgent care team. The position is on-site, with flexibility to provide telehealth services as needed; fully remote work is not available. The schedule varies and is fee for service.

  • Deliver services using a strengths-based, solution-focused, client-centered, recovery-oriented approach.
