About The Position

As ASC Supervisor, you'll oversee daily operations, lead clinical staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role champions patient care, operational efficiency, and team collaboration across pre-op, intra-op, and post-op services.
Requirements
- Current Arkansas RN license
- BLS & ACLS certifications
- 5+ years ASC/Hospital experience as an RN
- 3+ years leadership or management experience

- BSN preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead daily ASC operations, including staffing, patient flow, and quality care
- Manage and develop clinical and clerical teams
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards
- Oversee inventory, supplies, and equipment management
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness
- Collaborate with physicians and leadership to optimize operations
