About The Position

This role supports the Outpatient Clinical Nurse Supervisor in coordinating daily operations and promoting a high standard of patient care across three Neurology clinics. The RN Lead assists with overseeing clinical workflows for all three clinics, serves as a resource for nursing and clinical staff, supports onboarding and education, helps ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, and collaborates with providers and leadership to optimize patient outcomes, patient experience, and operational efficiency. The RN Lead will also assist with staffing coordination, scheduling support, quality initiatives, and process improvement efforts to ensure seamless care delivery across the neurology practice. Candidates should be prepared to assist with direct patient care and clinic staffing needs as necessary to support operational and patient care demands across all three locations.

Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Current BLS certification
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced outpatient environment
  • Willing and able to travel between all three clinic locations as needed to support clinical operations

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 2 year of nursing experience preferred
  • Prior experience in outpatient neurology, primary care, or specialty medicine preferred
