About The Position

Join Main Line HealthCare’s Endocrinology Practice on the Riddle Hospital Campus as an Ambulatory Registered Nurse. This role is part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and making a significant impact on the lives of patients within the Main Line Health community. You will support patients managing diabetes, thyroid conditions, and other endocrine-related needs through care coordination, patient education, medication management, and effective communication to promote positive outcomes. This position offers a practice environment where collaboration and connection are valued. You will partner with providers, patients, and the care team, utilizing your clinical judgment in telephone triage, medication refills, patient follow-up, and supporting individualized endocrine care plans. Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania RN license.
• Provider BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
• Graduate of an accredited ASN or BSN nursing program.

Nice To Haves

• 3 years of experience in an ambulatory clinical nursing setting, specialty practice, and/or provider office.
• Strong telephone triage experience, including patient assessment, clinical prioritization, and follow-up communication.
• Experience supporting endocrinology care, medication refills, diabetes-related patient education, and insurance or prior authorization processes.

Responsibilities

• Support patients managing diabetes, thyroid conditions, and other endocrine-related needs through care coordination, patient education, medication management, and timely communication.
• Utilize clinical judgment in telephone triage, medication refills, patient follow-up, and ongoing support of individualized endocrine care plans.
• Partner closely with providers, patients, and the broader care team.
