We are looking for an experienced Infusion Nurse (NP) to join our team and provide high-quality care to patients within our infusion suite and other clinical settings as needed. This is a per diem / as needed opportunity that offers the chance to make a direct impact on patients’ lives while working alongside a team dedicated to excellence in infusion care. The schedule and location may vary based on patient needs and business requirements.

Requirements

  • Active RN license in the state of practice
  • Nursing degree from an accredited program
  • IV certification and experience with central line management
  • 2+ years RN experience (home infusion, critical care, ED, or similar preferred)
  • CPR certification and valid driver’s license
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a care team
  • Willingness to travel locally to support patients

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • PICC/Port/Midline certification
  • Multi‑state licensure

Responsibilities

  • Insert, monitor, and discontinue IVs, including central line (PICC/port/midline) care
  • Administer infusion therapies, medications, and blood products as prescribed
  • Monitor patient response, obtain vital signs, and perform assessments
  • Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy and IV care
  • Perform venous phlebotomy as needed
  • Complete accurate clinical documentation and nursing notes
  • Coordinate schedules and communicate with patients, families, providers, and care teams
  • Maintain compliance with safety, ethical, and regulatory standards
