About The Position

Xanitos is a specialist in Ambulatory Cleaning Services, providing professional cleaning services for medical office buildings, clinics, and outpatient surgery centers. Xanitos aims to provide support as a comprehensive solution to ambulatory care by providing Safety, Quality, Compliance and Trust. Xanitos is hiring Ambulatory Housekeepers at Kaiser Permanente Gwinnett Comprehensive Medical Center in Duluth, GA. Immediate offers will be extended for qualified candidates. This is a 1st shift position from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with rotational weekends. The hourly pay rate is $15.50.

Requirements

Successful applicants for this position must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment unless they request and are granted a medical or religious exemption.
Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the janitorial industry a plus

Responsibilities

Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas.
Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
Dusts furniture and equipment.
Polishes metalwork.
Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
Empties wastebaskets.
Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
Replenishes bathroom supplies.
Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
