About The Position
Xanitos is a specialist in Ambulatory Cleaning Services, providing professional cleaning services for medical office buildings, clinics, and outpatient surgery centers. Xanitos aims to support ambulatory care by providing Safety, Quality, Compliance, and Trust. This role is for a Full-Time, 2nd Shift Ambulatory Housekeeper at Kaiser Permanente Southwood Comprehensive Medical Center in Jonesboro, GA.
Requirements
- Successful applicants must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment unless they request and are granted a medical or religious exemption.
- Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the janitorial industry a plus
- Medical cleaning a plus
Responsibilities
- Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
- Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
- Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
- Dusts furniture and equipment.
- Polishes metalwork.
- Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
- Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
- Empties wastebaskets.
- Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
- Replenishes bathroom supplies.
- Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
